Everyone gets our helpful, effective client service. After all, what makes us different is that we know horses and website building. That service is why you hire us. So phone, email, text, messenger – whatever works for you. We’ll get back to you as fast as possible, generally within 24 hours. And no, we don’t often take weekends off. We understand that’s when a lot of people have time to work on their sites and when people are shopping for horses.

We’ll guide you through collecting the information you need for your site. While you are doing that, we’ll build the structure of your site and get it ready for your content – your text and pictures. Then, we’ll get together on a video call and get your content into your site. You’ll learn how to keep your site current because that is vital to a successful site. And we are here to help when you need it.

After Launch – Ongoing Services

After that, we keep your site up and running. Websites today are made of many moving parts. We keep all the moving parts running well in the background where that stuff belongs. We’ll do the “mechanicking” for you by providing site hosting, updating software and all of that tedious stuff. Your time is best spent keeping the content on your site up to date and spreading your good news on social media. Every third year you are with us we’ll do a complete refresh of your site’s appearance which has the added benefit of updating the appearance files to whatever is the latest and greatest. That significant value is built in.
